- The Debit Card enables cash withdraw and balance checking at all ATMs under China Union Pay (CUP) network. - Citibank 24-hour service hot line 800-830-1880 (Mainland China) or +86-20-38801267 (Overseas) provides you with professional customer care services. Services include to lost and stolen card reporting, new password request, inquire on your transaction and account balance, register the Mobile Phone SMS instant notification service and intra-bank transfer services. (*The intra-bank transfer services are restricted to transfers under the same account owner name or between pre-defined accounts.)

- Card annual fees and Citibank's account maintenance fee (if any) are charged independently.
- An amount of RMB10,000 or equivalent has been set as the daily overseas ATM withdraw limit.
- Single POS transaction should not exceed RMB100,000 or equivalent. Cardholders can call Citibank 24 hour hotline 8008301880 to temporarily lift this limit. If you are outside mainland China, please call 86-20-38801267.
- There are other charges that are not included. Please contact our branch staff for more details.
- The Chinese version shall apply and prevail in case of discrepancies between English and Chinese version.
