Citibank (China) Co., Ltd. will inform qualified participants via SMS to fetch the reward within effective redemption period from their domicile branch/sub branch with required ID.
- Any reward cannot be cashed-out and no replacement or refund service is provided. Citibank reserves the right to replace any specified reward with an alternative reward with equivalent value. Citibank will not be responsible for or provide any warranties to the quality of the reward. The customer shall deal with the manufacturer directly for any issues related to the quality of the reward.
- Effective Redemption Period will end on January 31, 2011.
- There are both Chinese and English versions for this Terms and Conditions. In case of any discrepancy between English and Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
