| New to Citibank Online? If you are new to Citibank Online, you will first need to create your online user ID, password and security questions. You can do so in 4 easy steps! |

| Step 1 – Register with your 16 digit Debit Card PIN (CIN), Debit Card PIN (APIN), and your 10 digit Citibank Account Number. |

- Click on "First time here" to start the registration process.
- Key in your 16-digit CIN, 6-digit A-PIN using the dynamic PIN PAD, and your Account number.

| To retrieve your Online User ID, click on "Forgot your User ID?" link on the login page. You need to provide: Your (1)Citibank Debit Card and (2)Citibank Debit Card APIN. |

|
|
| If you cannot remember your Online Password, you need to reset them by clicking on "Forgot your Password?" link on the login page. You need to provide: (1) Your Online User ID, (2) Your Debit Card Number, (3) Your Debit Card APIN, (4) Your 10-digit RMB or foreign currency account number with Citibank |

| Yes, there are guidelines you can follow when creating your password and ways to protect it. These tips make it difficult for others to guess your password and help protect your account. |
