- It's an electronic version of your paper statement. We will not send out paper statement once you have registered for the services of eStatement; instead we'll have it ready online for you to access anytime!
- Statement Cycle Day for the Customer is the 10th day of every month. Your eStatement will be generated on the next Statement Cycle Day after the service being registerred.
- For security reasons, you have to log in to Citibank Online with your online user ID and password to view your account statements.
- Statements are in PDF format, which requires Adobe Reader software to view. If you do not have Adobe Reader installed in your computer, simply go to www.adobe.com to download a free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
- Save the PDF version of your Electronic Statements, which looks exactly like your paper statements, on your computer.

| How to Enroll for Electronic Statements?

 Step 1 - Login to Citibank Online |
|
- Log into Citibank Online by entering your online user ID and password.
- Select "Banking Services" from the top menu bar.
- Select "Enroll Electronic Statement" under "Account Services" to begin enrolling.

| Step 3 - Enroll eStatement |
|
- Input registered email addresses.
- Choose the prefer email address for eStatement.
- Click "Enroll Now"
- You have successfully enrolled for Electronic Statements! You will receive an e-mail notification every month when your statement is available to be viewed on Citibank Online.

| How do I view my Electronic Statements? |

| All you need to do is login to Citibank Online with your Online User ID, Password and Security Questions. Then go to "Account Information" and select "eStatement". Select the statement and period you would like to view. |

| Shall I activate my paper statement after eStatement registration? |
|
|
| Yes. You are allowed to cancel the eStatement service via Citibank Online at any time. Citibank (China) Co., Ltd will send out paper statement to the address that you have registered with us from the next Statement Cycle Day after your cancellation of eStatement. |
