- The waiver of fees applies with a valid mortgage loan. It starts upon you sign your mortgage agreement and the mortgage disbursement is occurred. And ends when the mortgage agreement is terminated.
- The quantity and loan conditions of you and your families' properties will be one of the considerations for the loan size, subject to the requirements of laws and regulations. The maximum amount of the mortgage loan will be limited by the relevant laws and regulations.

- Citigold home mortgage privileges only served for qualified Citigold customers. A qualified Citigold customer: minimum daily balance of total amount per month with the Bank is required to be RMB 1,000,000 (or equivalent foreign currency).
