    Yes, you can customize your own Citi Alerts Profile any time.

    ·Select 'My Profile' on the top menu under ' Services'
    ·Click on CitiAlert" for de-enroll
    ·Uncheck all the alerts for which you are enrolled and you will no longer receive Citi Alerts

  • How can I update the bank with my contact details?

    To successfully receive Citi Alerts, please ensure that you keep your email address and mobile phone details updated with us at all times:
    ·If any enquiry, please reach us via our 24-hour hotline 800-830-1880 / 86-20-38801267 within mainland China. If you are calling from other parts of the world, please call us from 86-20-38801267.     ·Update your contact details at any of our Branches.
    ·Successfully log on to Citibank Online and password and choose "Change Contact Information" from "Edit Profile and Preferences".
