The working hours of Service Line is from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holiday. You can call us for assistance during our working hour.
Citi China will provide Citiphone and email service for customers. Customers can call us via Citiphone during working hours. Alternatively, customers can raise requests via email during non-working hours, and our service team will return call back during working hours.
Citi Service Line 400-821-1880 (+86-21-3896-9500 for overseas customers) will be in service during working hours.
